ROLE: Graphic Designer & Brand Coordinator 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bianca Spender is seeking a skilled, proactive Graphic Designer and Brand Coordinator, with exceptional creative, marketing, organizational and production capabilities to support our Sydney-based team. The successful candidate for our position will be joining an intimate group of passionate, highly engaged, and dedicated professionals. Reporting directly to the PR and Brand Manager, the role will be responsible for implementation of graphic design elements, PR and brand marketing requirements across the business. We are a small sustainably focused business with endless possibilities for development in a collaborative environment.

REPORTING TO: Press & Brand Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years’ experience in a graphic design position
• 1+ years’ experience in a digital or event production position
• Proactive nature and critical application of tasks and responsibilities, action orientated 
• Tertiary qualification in design, communications or fashion
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Demonstrate strong production skills
• Demonstrate ability to show initiative and problem solve effectively
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to day-to-day tasks
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• Passionate about growing the Bianca Spender brand presence
• Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment
