DO YOU OFFER A WELCOME DISCOUNT?

Yes - as a thank you for joining us, we offer 10% off your first purchase when you sign up to our newsletter.

Your unique code will be emailed to you shortly after subscribing. Occasionally there may be a small delay, so if it doesn’t arrive right away, we recommend checking your spam or promotions folder, just in case.

CHANGE MY ORDER?

We totally understand - mistakes happen! If you need to update your shipping address or sizing, please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make the changes for you.

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make adjustments - but don’t worry, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item through our returns process, where eligible.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
- We’re not able to take responsibility for incorrect details entered at checkout
- If a delivery is rejected, any redirection fees will be passed on
- On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order - but we’ll always be in touch if that happens

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched same business day if placed before 12pm AEST, or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Please email us with your order number and style you’ve incorrectly received. Once we receive your request we will ensure you receive your original order.

IS THE ITEM I WANT DEFINITELY IN STOCK?

We do our best to keep our online store updated in real time, but occasionally an item may sell out before your order is processed - especially during busy periods.

If something you’ve purchased becomes unavailable, we’ll be in touch via email as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to choose a suitable replacement or receive a full refund, whichever you prefer.

We know it’s disappointing when an item you love is no longer available, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER DETAILS, AND WILL I BE CHARGED ANY EXTRA FEES?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you checked out while logged into your account, you can also view your order history anytime under My Account.

AN ITEM I LOVE IS SOLD OUT - WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

Some of our pieces are limited runs and may not be restocked once they’re gone - especially seasonal styles or Final Sale items. That said, selected core styles and bestsellers do come back from time to time.

If there’s something you missed out on, feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care team - we’re always happy to check availability or suggest a similar piece you might love just as much.

HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT?

Store credit is automatically added to your account once your return has been processed. If you have available credit, it will appear as a payment option at checkout when you're logged in with the same email address your credit was issued to.

Simply select your store credit at checkout to apply it to your order. If your credit doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method. Store credit can be used on both full-priced and sale items, and it does not expire.

If you’re unable to see your store credit at checkout, please double-check that you're logged in with the correct email address - or reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Once your return is on its way back to us, you'll receive tracking details from your chose postal service. We recommend keeping this tracking number handy until your return has been processed.

Returns are usually processed within 3 -5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. As soon as your return has been received and inspaected, we'll send you a confirmation email with your refund or store credit details.

If its' been more than 7 business days since your parcel was delivered and you haven't heard from us, feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care team for an update.
