Recieve free shipping in Australia for all orders, and free express shipping for all Australian orders over $450.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Full price orders placed prior to 12pm will be dispatched same day, or the following business day if purchased over the weekend or a public holiday. Once dispatched, metro express delivers will arrive within 1 - 2 business days from the date of shipment, and standard deliveries 3-5 days from date of shipment. Regional and deliveries to WA may take an additional 2 -4 business days.
For shipping within Australia, we use Startrack and Australia Post Express.
Sale orders may be subject to delay due to the volume of orders received within these promotional periods, which may impact the time we can dispatch orders and get them to you. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please allow an additional 24 - 48 hours for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping applies to all Australian orders over $450. Orders under $450 are eligible to select Express shipping at checkout, a $15 flat express rate applies.

Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders under $450.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipping outisde of Australia, we use Australia Post Worldwide Service. All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm, or provide a business address.
NEW ZEALAND
Rates are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days, and Express delivery takes 2–5 business days.
REST OF WORLD
Rates are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery takes 5–9 business days, and Express delivery takes 3–6 business days.
DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders are shipped from Australia on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs prior to placing your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email. Orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
