RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE PURCHASES

We do not provide refunds for in-store purchases, however we offer exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of purchase, with presentation of receipt.

We take pride in our quality, if any items do not meet standard, please visit the store of purchase, within 7 days, with receipt of purchase.

This policy does not apply to Bianca Spender David Jones Concessions.

Please Note: Purchases made in-store cannot be returned to our online store.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns (excluding faulty items) must be posted within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or credit note.

Please note:

Sale items can be returned for exchange or credit note only, unless deemed faulty.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return. See our Final Sale Returns Policy for more information.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review.

Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), credit note, or refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

You will receive email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 working days of receiving your return.

FINAL SALE RETURN POLICY

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or credit- unless the item is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, as protected under Australian Consumer Law.

Final Sale items are clearly marked at the time of purchase, and we kindly ask that you consider this before completing your order.

If an item is found to be faulty, Bianca Spender will offer to repair, replace, or refund the value paid for the item, in accordance with your rights.

Please note that sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to past orders.

IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return:

Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

For online orders, all original packaging, including garment bags, must be returned.

Proof of purchase is required.

If an item is purchased using a credit note from a previous return, Bianca Spender reserves the right to decline a second return on that item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or as otherwise permitted under Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not apply to Bianca Spender David Jones Concessions.

SHIPPING & DUTIES

Bianca Spender does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

We do not refund initial shipping fees unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you exchange an item, we will cover the cost of sending your replacement- applicable for domestic full-priced exchanges only.

Item/s must be returned within 14 days.

Item must be unworn with original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE IN-STORE

STEP 1

Submit your return online and select drop off in store.

STEP 2

Take your return to your nearest Bianca Spender store within 3 days, unworn and with original tags attached.

STEP 3

Our team will organise your return shipping, and your refund or store credit will be processed within 2-5 business days.
