BEHIND THE COLLECTION | AUTUMN WINTER 26

Adaptive Lines is shaped by the instinctive human capacity to evolve, adjust and reinvent. AW26 studies transformation not as a moment but as a state of being. There is an ongoing dialogue between strength and softness, structure and fluidity. It is a collection attuned to movement, resilience and the graceful tension that exists between the two.

Scroll on to come with us behind the Autumn Winter 26 collection.

This season, garments respond to the wearer with a quiet intelligence. Trench coats cinch and release; capes carve fluid gestures around the body; tailoring shifts with subtle dynamism. Nylon, mesh, organza, tweed and satin are reimagined through a lens of adaptability, each fabrication offering its own expression of form, motion and tactility.

“This collection is a meditation on transformation, not as a singular event, but as a constant state of becoming. I was fascinated by the harmony that exists between strength and softness, structure and fluidity, and how these opposing forces can coexist so beautifully. Through sculptural tailoring, softened lines and fabrics that capture light and movement, each piece invites a sense of ease while still offering presence.”

- Bianca Spender, Founder & Creative Director

Sheer and solid, delicate and defined, are placed in deliberate counterpoint. Scalloped edges trace wave-like lines across the body, while sculptural lace rises in three-dimensional formations, creating a gentle rhythm against the precise clarity of softened tailoring. Signature dropped shoulders and rounded volumes meet structured collars and sharp seams, forming a dialogue between protection and vulnerability.

The palette moves with ease between quiet neutrals and vivid statements: ivory and black scalloped lace, powder and charcoal wools, mandarin and plum organza, grey marle and black cashmere, grounded by the utilitarian depth of navy and denim-inspired wool. High-shine satin and parachute satin catch light and motion, amplifying the collection’s transformative sensibility.

Silhouettes are purposeful yet poetic. Trench coats, cropped or elongated, sculpt the waist with adjustable architecture. Draped loops, scalloped lace and gathered tailoring soften linearity, inviting movement. Modern suiting is rendered in luminous satin or utilitarian tweeds, bridging clarity with softness and expanding Bianca Spender’s exploration of contemporary tailoring.

Adaptive Lines is modern utilitarian luxury. Considered, intelligent and responsive. It is a wardrobe for the woman who embraces change, moves with intention and seeks pieces that evolve alongside her. Every silhouette, every fabrication, every detail is designed to empower and transform, reflecting an ongoing evolution of both wearer and craft.

AW26 stands as a manifesto of adaptability: strength tempered by fluidity, structure warmed by drape, and function elevated through beauty. A collection for those who live with curiosity, welcome reinvention and wear their evolution with quiet confidence.
