Bianca wears one piece, five ways for five days

Bianca Spender joins The Social Outfit's ethical styling challenge to raise awareness of Refugee Week. Wear The Change challenges you to wear one piece for five days, in five ways, raising funds for The Social Outfit's non-profit community programs to support women from refugee and migrant backgrounds with training and employment pathways in the fashion industry. Join Bianca in being a part of the solution to support Refugees settle better in Australia.

Bianca taps into her signature new romantic style and selects the Curvature Skirt in Tan Leatherette to wear five ways over the course of the week. Here she wears the full circle skirt with a contrasting utilitarian-esque piece, the Covert Jacket in Peony Wool.

"The social outfit is a charity close to my heart, giving women their first opportunity to have a sense of pride and engage with the community by sharing their skill with their new home. People’s hands talk the language rather than the words, which means they can share so much without being fluent in the same tongue."

The Ode Top in the bespoke Dawn Shadow print and Khaki Check Sandringham Coat pair perfectly.

A tonal toffee look is in equal opposition to the Military-style Grey Peppered Wool Savoy Coat.

"I’ve joined this challenge to highlight the importance of supporting refugees. Having seen the landscape of refugees throughout my life – from being a young child where all sewers were Italian and Greek to the next wave of Turkish and Russian women, followed by Chinese, Vietnamese and now Syrian and Afghani. It’s incredible to think how these lives have been woven into clothes we wear."

Our best-selling Soho Crop Jacket in Chocolate Wool is worn with a twist front Helena Top and Curvature Skirt for a day in the studio.

Dulcet tones of Lilac and Tan finish the week.
